Important Notice
SafalHost offers refunds within 7 days for legitimate reasons. If you encounter any issues after purchasing a hosting plan or service, you must first contact our support team to resolve the issue. If the problem is resolved, no refund will be issued, and your service will continue as per your plan. However, if we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be provided within the 7-day window.
Refunds for Eligible Services
Refunds are available within 7 days of service activation for Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Offshore Hosting services with 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month durations. Refunds are not available for annual plans, Domains, or any Reseller Hosting plans. Additionally, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted as gateway charges, which is non-refundable.
Non-refundable Products and Services
No refunds will be provided for any fees, including administrative fees or tax, associated with:
- Dedicated servers
- Domains
- Reseller hosting services
- Additional products or services such as CodeGuard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock installation fees, or other products or services offered by SafalHost.
Refund Eligibility for Offshore Services
If you are using our Offshore services, refunds may be available within 7 days of activation. However, refunds will not be issued if you are found engaging in illegal activities, such as phishing, creating government portal clones, or hosting illegal websites. In such cases, services will be suspended without any refund.
Refund Eligibility for Reseller Hosting Plans
Refunds are not available for Reseller Hosting plans, which are intended for small business partnerships. If there is an issue with reseller services, we will work to resolve the problem. Refunds will only be issued if the issue remains unresolved. After purchasing, no further debate on this matter will be entertained.
Refund Eligibility for Website Development Services
SafalHost offers website development services that may involve the integration of third-party modules, plugins, and themes. While we ensure proper integration, we cannot be held responsible for functionality, compatibility, or performance issues related to third-party components. If a third-party component fails to work as expected, we will help identify and resolve the issue. However, no refund will be issued for issues inherent to third-party components beyond our control.
Cancellation Process
Services provided by SafalHost.com may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any material in violation of applicable laws, including intellectual property rights, obscene or defamatory material, or illegal content, is prohibited. Violations will lead to service suspension without a refund.
Data Retention for Website Development Services
For website development services, your website data will be retained as long as your hosting services are renewed. If hosting services are not renewed, your data will be kept safe for one month. After one month, if the services remain inactive, SafalHost will not be responsible for any data loss, and no refund will be issued. Please note that website development services are separate from hosting services, and hosting services must be renewed to keep your website active.
Server Management Services
Refunds are not available for services like Critical Error Management, Firewall Configuration, and DDoS Protection. Once implemented, reversing these configurations can negatively impact your server, for which SafalHost will not be responsible.
Licenses
No refunds will be provided for any software licenses, such as cPanel, WHM, or other third-party tools.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for services explicitly mentioned under the "Refunds for Eligible Services" section. Please refrain from claiming refunds for any other services.
For all the above services Refund will be credited within 5-7 days to the original payment method
